Where proof of age cannot be satisfactorily provided, the account will be closed and any pending withdrawal requests will be voided.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. aet365 will not be liable for any loss or complication arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aet365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or interrupted connection during a game round, aet365 will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct and settle the round based on available server data. Where a fair settlement cannot be determined, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. aet365 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile network interruptions.

aet365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Evidence of underage gambling or use of a fraudulent identity
• Participation in, or facilitation of, fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated against aet365
• Use of software tools, bots, scripts, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage

Any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned via the player's primary payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and provided no breach of these Terms has been identified.

aet365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit any resale, commercial exploitation, data mining, or systematic extraction of platform content.

aet365 aims to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, third-party service outages, network interruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You acknowledge that all forms of gambling involve risk and that you may lose money. aet365 does not guarantee any winnings and accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the platform. You agree that you gamble at your own risk and that your use of aet365 is solely for entertainment purposes within your personal financial means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aet365's aggregate liability to any player arising from or relating to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. aet365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. No decision made by aet365 in good faith shall create precedent for future cases.
